Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in QA / technical testing (manual; automation is a plus);

- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (testing, configuration, or user-level work);

- Confidence working with data-heavy features: imports (CSV/XLSX), updates, mappings, and reconciliation;

- Solid understanding of testing fundamentals: test design techniques, testing types, test levels, bug lifecycle;

- Experience validating data in systems: data consistency, duplicates, mandatory fields, relationships, and edge cases;

- Basic understanding of Odoo data model concepts (e.g., models/records, relations like many2one/one2many, external IDs);

- Knowledge of web basics: client-server, HTTP, REST API, JSON (XML is a plus);

- Comfortable with tools like Excel/Google Sheets (filters, pivots, formulas for validation);

- SQL knowledge is a strong plus (reading simple queries for data verification, duplicates, reconciliation, sanity checks);

Responsibilities:

- Test Odoo ERP functionality with a focus on data correctness (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc. depending on the project);

- Review business/technical requirements and identify data-related risks early (validation rules, constraints, corner cases);

- Perform functional and basic non-functional manual testing (smoke, sanity, regression);

- Log defects with clear reproduction steps, expected/actual results, and supporting evidence (screenshots, exported samples, import files);

- Assist with DB-level verification when allowed: run/read SQL queries to confirm imports, detect duplicates, and compare expected vs actual figures;

- Collaborate with developers/BA/PM to clarify requirements and confirm fixes (including re-testing after data fixes);

- Support client communication when needed (e.g., explaining import errors, data cleanup steps, validation results);

- Validate data imports and migrations:

• check templates, required fields, formats, and mapping logic;
• verify imported results in Odoo (counts, duplicates, relationships, totals);
• troubleshoot common import issues (wrong encoding, missing references, wrong data types, constraint errors).

- Create and maintain test documentation:

• test cases, checklists, data validation checklists, import verification scenarios, test reports.

• Розробка ПЗ для мікроконтролерів: Написання, відладка та підтримка прошивок для архітектури STM32(керування периферією, зчитування сенсорів, виконавчі механізми).
• Робота з комп'ютерами-компаньйонами: Налаштування ОС, написання скриптів автоматизації та сервісів для Raspberry Pi 5 (взаємодія з польотним контролером, обробка потоків даних, керування корисним навантаженням).

• Діагностика та логування: Пошук причин відмов ("чому відвалився зв'язок", "чому "скаче" напруга") за допомогою аналізу логів польотних контролерів та системних логів Linux.
• Стендові випробування: Участь у лабораторних та бенч-тестах систем ініціалізації (наприклад, катапультних стартів) та відпрацювання аварійних режимів (Failsafe).

📋 Вимоги до кандидата

1. Hard Skills (Мікроконтролери та низькорівневий код)

• Впевнені знання C / C++ для embedded-систем. Розуміння вказівників, роботи з пам'яттю, бітових операцій та специфіки розробки з обмеженими ресурсами.
• Досвід роботи з мікроконтролерами STM32 (через STM32CubeIDE / HAL / LL або PlatformIO).
• Розуміння та практичний досвід роботи з базовими інтерфейсами: UART/USART, I2C, SPI, CAN/UAVCAN. Ти повинен розуміти різницю між ними та як підключити периферію.
• Вміння читати базові принципові електричні схеми (datasheets), користуватися мультиметром та осцилографом/логічним аналізатором для пошуку проблем із сигналом.

2. Hard Skills (Одноплатні комп'ютери та Linux)

• Базові навички роботи з Linux (Ubuntu / Raspberry Pi OS): робота в терміналі, налаштування мережевих інтерфейсів, конфігурація systemd-сервісів.
• Знання мови Python або Bash для написання скриптів автоматизації, парсерів логів чи простих сервісів взаємодії на Raspberry Pi.
• Розуміння мережевих протоколів (TCP/UDP, базові знання сокетів).

3. Специфіка UAV (Буде великим плюсом)

• Розуміння архітектури сучасних БПЛА (як взаємодіють польотний контролер, ESC, GPS, радіолінк та комп'ютер-компаньйон).
• Досвід роботи з відкритими польотними стеками: ArduPilot (ArduPlane/ArduCopter) або PX4.
• Знання протоколів взаємодії, таких як MAVLink або MSP.

About the role: 
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join the CTO Office and take ownership of our client’s product development lifecycle. You'll work hand-in-hand with the CTO Office team, taking initiatives that have been validated as POCs and leading them into production-grade, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Take validated POCs from the CTO Office and architect, build, and ship them as production-ready applications
- Design and develop full-stack solutions — modern frontends paired with robust, scalable backends
