Business Development Manager
Web Design Sun is a software development company founded in 2012. Since day one, we have been fully remote, building international products in Web & Cloud Applications, SaaS, CRM/ERP, and Ecommerce domains. We collaborate with clients from the US and Europe and consistently rank highly on Clutch, GoodFirms, and Upwork.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can turn opportunities into contracts and negotiations into real revenue.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in active sales (IT Outsource / Outstaff)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and modern Web Application technologies
- Proven full-cycle sales experience: from intro call to contract signing
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience in preparing commercial proposals and working with CRM systems
- English β Advanced (C1+), fluent communication with clients
Responsibilities:
- Work with leads together with the Lead Generation team and convert them into clients
- Conduct intro calls, identify client needs, and present suitable solutions
- Manage the pre-sale process with Tech Leads and Business Analysts (estimation, scope)
- Prepare commercial proposals and handle negotiations
- Close deals and contribute directly to company revenue
- Work with CRM and achieve individual sales targets
