QA Engineer (Manual Testing and Product Quality) for HealthCare company

What You’ll Do
- Design, maintain, and execute detailed manual test plans for new features and releases
- Dive deep into exploratory and adversarial testing to uncover edge cases, usability gaps, and unexpected behaviors
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track issues throughout the development lifecycle
- Investigate API logs and network traffic using tools like Charles Proxy, Fiddler, or Chrome DevTools to pinpoint front-end vs. back-end issues
- Validate complex user flows, backend data integrity, and database states
- Partner closely with developers to troubleshoot problems and verify fixes
- Clearly communicate testing progress, known risks, and release readiness across teams
- Ensure flawless functionality, UI/UX consistency, and responsiveness across web, iOS, and Android platforms
- Maintain clean and actionable bug reports and testing documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to continuously improve product quality
- Contribute to evolving QA practices, workflows, and testing standards
- Use AI-powered tools and workflows to improve testing efficiency, bug analysis, and quality processes
What They’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in manual QA or software testing
- Strong experience creating and executing comprehensive manual test plans
- A curious, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for finding issues before users do
- Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, including:
- HTTP
- HTML
- Client-server architecture
- Caching
- SQL & NoSQL databases
- Strong troubleshooting, bug tracking, and prioritization skills
- Experience validating APIs, backend flows, and complex data interactions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
- Comfortable working in fast-paced product and engineering teams
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, workflows, or testing efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have
- Experience coding in Java, Python, or JavaScript
