Key Responsibilities
 

Social Media (SMM Assistant)

• Monitor comments and direct messages

Discord Community Management

• Manage and moderate the BloodyCase Discord server
• Engage with community members daily

Requirements

• Experience in SMM or community management (gaming industry is a plus)
• Strong written English
• Understanding of Discord features and moderation tools
• Familiarity with gaming culture (CS2/CS:GO knowledge is a big plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze contractor feedback across various channels; compile results and share insights, trends, and potential risks with relevant teams, proactively suggesting solutions
• Develop a people journey framework by conducting gap analyses, working closely with stakeholders and proposing actions to improve pain points
