You'll work 50/50 between Python development and data work: building scripts/services and data pipelines, mainly with Pandas, plus some SQL and PySpark.

    What You'll Do

• Build internal tools and automation around data processing and reporting.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior executive technology leader who will own and drive Sprinterra's overall Technology and AI vision at the company level. This role carries full responsibility for defining, implementing, and scaling our AI-first transformation strategy across internal operations, delivery models, and client solutions.

The primary objective is to reposition Sprinterra as an AI-enabled organization by systematically transitioning from traditional manual processes to AI Agents, intelligent automation, and augmented engineering workflows.

This role operates at the executive level in close partnership with the Management Board, contributing to company-wide strategic decisions, investment priorities, capability development, and long-term technology positioning.

The Technology & AI Strategy Lead combines strategic leadership with architectural oversight and hands-on technical credibility. Key Responsibilities:
AI & Technology Strategy

• Define, own, and continuously evolve Sprinterra's overall Technology and AI strategy at the company level
• Identify and prioritize strategic opportunities to transition from traditional delivery models to AI Agents, LLM-driven workflows, and intelligent automation
• Establish and govern a long-term AI transformation roadmap fully aligned with business objectives, growth targets, and market positioning
• Advise and report to the Management Board on technology vision, investment priorities, progress, risks, and measurable outcomes

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face Inference API).

Responsibilities

• Help build and maintain simple AI pipelines for use in our internal tools and client web services.
• Integrate LLM and multimodal models (image, video, audio) into production-ready features.
• You’ll work directly with our technical founder (experienced developer with a strong AI interest), helping shape our AI direction from the ground up.
• Collaborate with backend/frontend engineers to deliver AI-driven features. Prepare and use glossaries, structured data, and RAG files for translation and document understanding tasks.
• Build early versions of AI-powered chatbots, assistants, and user-facing agents.

• Use both Python and visual tools (e.g., ComfyUI) for building and debugging pipelines. Take initiative and learn new tools or techniques as needed — you’ll be our first AI specialist.

Sprinterra is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong ERP background to join our growing delivery team.

We work with Acumatica ERP — one of the fastest-growing cloud ERP platforms — delivering implementations, customizations, and integrations for clients across the US and Europe. 

As our BA, you will be the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, owning the full requirements lifecycle from discovery through UAT.
 

We are specifically looking for someone who has worked on ERP projects — whether implementation, optimization, or major enhancements — and understands how business processes translate into system configuration and custom development. Experience with any ERP (NetSuite, Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar) is highly valued. Acumatica knowledge is a strong plus but not required — we provide structured onboarding.

Must-have:

• Produce developer-ready specs and validate delivered functionality through UAT and regression checks.
