About the Project:

You'll join the engineering team of a leading technology company building autonomous mobility and robotics systems. The team develops an internal data visualization platform — a "video and data player" that renders 3D scenes, lidar, and audio recorded by autonomous vehicles. This role sits on the performance work stream: the backend reads on-vehicle data stored in S3, deserializes it from a custom, time-keyed format, and streams it to the browser. The data-transfer service is implemented in C++, and most of the platform's performance gains are expected to come from the backend.

This is a long-term engagement for a strong systems engineer who enjoys low-level performance work and is comfortable ramping on a heavily custom stack with high ownership and minimal supervision.

You will align five workstreams, manage cross-regional dependencies, run Agile ceremonies, and provide executive-level reporting on velocity, budget, and milestones in a regulated financial services environment.

What you will do

• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods to ensure seamless 24×7 progression;
• Track the delivery of discrete milestones, from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation;
• Identify and proactively resolve blockers spanning technical, operational, and resourcing domains;
• Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion.

Must haves

• 5+ years managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT or Cybersecurity programs;
• Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks within heavily regulated environments;
• Capable of independently managing teams across multiple products/projects;
• Coaches organizational leaders in Agile methodologies and provides expert advice on project management practices without oversight;
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

• Direct engineering background or deep technical understanding of DevSecOps pipelines and Cloud Security architectures.
