Business Development Manager (Junior / Entry Level)

We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to grow with us, help us find new clients, build strong client relationships, drive sales and grow our partner network.

Requirements
- Strong motivation to start a career in IT sales / business development (no prior experience required, but will be a plus);
- English Upper-Intermediate+ (written and spoken);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Structured approach to tasks and CRM updates;
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and attention to detail;
Key Responsibilities
Primary:
- Sales activities: find new clients and help grow partner network;
- Communicate with clients, partners, and candidates via Telegram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email (with guidance from the team);
- Assist in intro calls and briefings (learning how to gather requirements and understand client needs);
- Qualifying requests and make a proposal (with guidance from the team);
- Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Monday);
- Assist in preparing basic commercial discussions and follow-ups.
Secondary:
- Support preparation for conferences and events;
- Help with lead follow-ups after networking activities;
- Explore and test new communication / outreach channels;
- Other tasks related to sales and business development support.
