We are looking for a Product Manager to join our product team and take ownership of our CRM ecosystem. In this role, you will define the CRM product vision, shape the long-term strategy, and deliver scalable solutions that drive operational excellence, improve customer experience, and support business growth.

 

You will work closely with Customer Support, Risk & Dealing, Business Development teams to design scalable processes, automate workflows, integrate external services, and enhance interactions with customers and partners. This is a high-impact product role combining strategic ownership, discovery, and hands-on execution across multiple business domains.

 

Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Roadmap:

  • Own and manage the CRM product roadmap, ensuring it supports business priorities and operational needs
  • Define product goals, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that create measurable business impact
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and actionable tasks for development
  • Define and track key product metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities

CRM Improvement & Process Optimization:

  • Improve and develop CRM workflows for Customer Support, Risk & Dealing, and Business Development teams
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve efficiency
  • Collect and structure requirements from stakeholders
  • Coordinate changes across teams and ensure smooth implementation of new features and processes

Automation & Integrations:

  • Support automation of CRM processes to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency
  • Work on integration of external services and tools to improve CRM functionality and data flow
  • Participate in implementing AI-based solutions to improve support and internal workflow

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Engineering and business teams to deliver CRM improvements
  • Align priorities with stakeholders and ensure clear communication across teams
  • Participate in product discovery to understand user needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on CRM systems, internal platforms, operational tools, or workflow automation products
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, product architecture, and scalable system design principles
  • Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks based on business impact
  • Strong experience in product discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design
  • Ability to work with data, metrics, and analytics to drive decision-making and measure success
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and external systems
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in automation and workflow optimization is a plus
  • Experience with AI-driven solutions or intelligent automation is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
