Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Growth: Proven experience as a UX Lead, Product Design Lead, or Design Manager. You have a track record of building, mentoring, and upskilling high-performing teams, transforming individual contributors into a cohesive powerhouse.
• Mobile-First Expertise: Extensive experience leading design for native mobile (iOS/Android) and mobile web. You understand the nuances of HIG and Material Design, and you know how to bridge the gap between web and app ecosystems.
