Business Development Associate in CGI Studio
Who we're looking for
- You're genuinely energetic. Not forced-cheerful, but the kind of person who makes things happen and doesn't wait to be told.
- You communicate well in writing and on calls, and you find it easy to connect with people you've never met. English is at least B1, good enough to write a professional message and hold a client conversation.
- You want to understand how businesses grow and you're drawn to the idea of being part of that engine.
- You're self-organized. Remote work doesn't scare you and you're capable of structuring your own day.
- New industries, tools, and ways of thinking are exciting to you, not overwhelming.
- You're based outside of Europe, ideally in a timezone that overlaps with North American or UAE business hours.
- No prior sales experience required.
If you've ever convinced people, built relationships, or represented something you believed in, that counts. Tell us about it.
How we onboard youYour first two weeks are fully dedicated to training. We'll walk you through everything: how our studio works, who our clients are, how we sell, and which tools we use day to day. You won't be thrown in the deep end. You'll start with the full picture.
What you'll actually do
- Find and reach out to potential clients in architecture, design, and real estate development, and start real conversations.
- Present our studio's work and explain what makes it worth choosing over anyone else.
- Prepare proposals, manage follow-ups, and help close deals with support from the team as you ramp up.
- Keep the CRM tidy and track your pipeline. Good habits from day one make everything else easier.
- Share feedback from prospects with the production team. You'll be the link between what clients want and what we build.
Participate in brainstorms, contribute ideas, and eventually attend industry conferences as you grow into the role.

A genuine interest in architecture, design, or creative industries is a nice bonus. But curiosity about the world and about people will take you further than a polished CV.How to apply
To apply, please send us two things:
1. A short intro video (2โ3 minutes, in English)
Record a short video of yourself and share the link (Loom, Google Drive, YouTube โ anything that works). In the video, please cover three things: a brief introduction about yourself, a summary of your work experience and background, and how your experience could be useful specifically to Omegarender. No fancy setup needed โ just speak naturally and be yourself.
2. Your CV
Attach your CV in any format. It doesn't need to be polished โ we just want a clear picture of where you've been.
Applications without a video will not be reviewed.
