Core responsibilities

- Grow the affiliate channel for our subscription products (iOS, Android web)

- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners.

- Recruit and onboard new affiliates and networks (media buyers, arbitrage teams, content creators, referral partners).  

Performance & analytics

- Monitor traffic quality daily on the level of trials, subscriptions, refunds, and basic LTV.  

- Detect and prevent fraud and low‑quality traffic (incent/ motivated, fake trials, stolen cards, bot traffic) together with BI and product teams.  

- Analyze performance by partner, campaign, GEO, funnel, and creative; launch tests to improve ROI and LTV.  

- Prepare concise performance reports and input for monthly/quarterly planning for the affiliate channel.  

Offers, tracking & creatives

- Manage offers and terms: payouts, caps, GEOs, funnels, promo codes, and tests; ensure partners always have actual bids.  

- Own the basic rules for approving and rejecting conversions and communicate decisions transparently to partners.  

- Work with the creative team on briefs for new creative concepts based on partner feedback.  

- Collaborate with UA, product, and analytics teams to keep tracking links, postbacks, and event structure accurate for proper attribution and payouts.  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager / Partnership Manager / Performance Marketing Manager
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CR to trial, CR trial→paid, ARPU, ROI, LTV, refund rate) and how they translate into partner economics.
• Experience working with affiliate networks and direct affiliates; proven track record of growing revenue from this channel.
• Practical experience with anti‑fraud / quality control on CPA/CPS/CPI deals (e.g. validating conversions, holding/rejecting traffic, setting up rules).

What We’re Looking For:

• strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics
• proven ability to set up, monitor, and interpret A/B tests using third-party platforms
• experience with app analytics tools like Firebase and Appsflyer

What You’ll Be Doing:

• setting up and maintaining web analytics tools, including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics;
• planning, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests using third-party tools;
• supporting existing scripts and analytics setups, troubleshooting issues, and identifying bugs;
• creating custom dashboards and reports using BigQuery and other tools to help stakeholders make informed decisions;
• working with mobile application analytics platforms such as Firebase and Appsflyer.

The primary mission of this role is to drive client retention and maximize account revenue. You will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent service delivery while identifying and converting upsell opportunities. Success in this role is defined by long-term client satisfaction, account expansion, and measurable revenue growth.

Important: We consider candidates in Kyiv and Lviv, cities where our offices are located (although the role is fully remote). We are also ready to consider candidates located in Europe.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner,
• Ensure delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs across client projects,
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and prepare tailored commercial proposals,
• Manage and resolve client escalations and complex situations promptly,
• Monitor the financial performance of accounts, including revenue and profitability analysis,
• Prepare and lead regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with key stakeholders,
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless client operations and service delivery.

Needed experience & skills:

• 2+ years of commercial experience,
• Experience working with B2B clients,
• Strong analytical and critical thinking, with a structured and systematic approach, and the ability to manage multiple contexts,
• Results-driven mindset with high motivation and ambition to achieve targets,
• Strong data-driven approach with the ability to make decisions based on insights,
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate ideas both in writing and verbally,
• Negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively,
• Advanced (C1) level of English, both written and spoken,
• Experience working with or willingness to learn tools such as CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), Notion, ClickUp, and Looker.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience in customer support outsourcing or other B2B service-based businesses,
• Basic understanding of how service businesses operate, including financial models.|
