• Own the innovation pipeline with co-innovation and PoC management

• Manage vendor partnerships aligned with the product roadmap

Product: Enterprise-scale digital CX capabilities built on Qualtrics and complementary analytics platforms, supporting high-traffic web solutions and complex integrations across global properties.

Job Description

• Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and Resource Manager to ensure smooth project delivery and optimal team performance
• Drive people management activities: monitor team spirit and motivation, conduct face-to-face meetings, act as a coach in people-related matters, support performance reviews, and work with career roadmaps
• Coordinate recruitment processes in alignment with business needs
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, schedules, agendas, and meeting minutes
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors
• Organize and coordinate meetings and workshops, prepare presentations, and document decisions and action items
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of project management best practices
