We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Marketing Generalist to lead our efforts in the B2B IT sector. Your mission is to build a scalable lead generation engine and grow our brand’s presence. Core Responsibilities

• Strategy & Funnels: Engineer and execute a predictable multichannel B2B sales funnel. You will oversee all top-of-funnel mechanisms to ensure a steady flow of sales qualified leads.
• Team & Resource Management: Manage contractors (Copywriters, Designers, Ad Specialists). You define the strategic "What" and "Why," and hold them accountable for delivering the "How" on time and at scale.

Hard Skills

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate containerized and serverless workloads on AWS, working across ECS, EKS, Lambda, and Step Functions. Hi. I'm hiring one developer to help me ship features and fix bugs on Dr.Fit, a fitness and nutrition app with thousands of active users. React Native + Go + Postgres.

I'm not a developer myself. I've been shipping production code for months using Claude Code and Cursor. It works. I want to hire someone who can do this faster and better than me, for one focused part-time role.

THE ROLE
- $600/month, flat. Paid via Wise.
- 4 hours/day, Monday to Friday. You pick your hours.
- Remote. Anywhere in Ukraine.
- Two-week paid trial first ($250). If we both want to continue, we commit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Fix bugs in the React Native app
- Build small and medium features across frontend, Go backend, and support tooling
- Open PRs. I review and merge to production.
- Daily async written standup plus 1 to 2 short calls per week.

If this works out, more hours and more pay are on the table. We figure that out based on what you ship, not a calendar.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
