Junior Full-Stack Dev (AI-Powered)

Hi. I'm hiring one developer to help me ship features and fix bugs on Dr.Fit, a fitness and nutrition app with thousands of active users. React Native + Go + Postgres.

I'm not a developer myself. I've been shipping production code for months using Claude Code and Cursor. It works. I want to hire someone who can do this faster and better than me, for one focused part-time role.

THE ROLE
- $600/month, flat. Paid via Wise.
- 4 hours/day, Monday to Friday. You pick your hours.
- Remote. Anywhere in Ukraine.
- Two-week paid trial first ($250). If we both want to continue, we commit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Fix bugs in the React Native app
- Build small and medium features across frontend, Go backend, and support tooling
- Open PRs. I review and merge to production.
- Daily async written standup plus 1 to 2 short calls per week.

If this works out, more hours and more pay are on the table. We figure that out based on what you ship, not a calendar.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
- You use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI tools every day. Heavily.
- You ship things. You finish them. You don't disappear mid-task.
- English: confident written and spoken. We'll talk on calls.
- You read unfamiliar code and figure things out without hand-holding.
- You care about whether the user's app works, not whether the architecture is pretty.
- You tell me when something is broken or worth building. I don't want to manage you.

WHAT I DON'T CARE ABOUT
- CS degree
- 5 years of experience
- Whether you already know Go or React Native (you'll learn fast with AI)
- LeetCode

Fork it. Investigate. Fix what's broken. Add the small feature. Record your full session (Loom's 5-minute free cap won't fit, figure out what works for you, that's part of the test). Open a PR back to the repo.

I respond to every submission within 48 hours.
