✍️ Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software solutions using Python and related frameworks, libraries, and technologies;
• Conduct regular code reviews for team members and provide constructive feedback;
• Plan and design scalable software architectures and technical solutions;
• Identify and suggest areas for improvement, optimization, and future development with supporting evidence;
• Analyze business requirements and provide accurate effort estimates for implementation;
• Research, learn, and apply emerging technologies and industry best practices;
• Write comprehensive unit tests and perform debugging to ensure software quality;
• Create and maintain technical documentation and specifications;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers;

⚙️ Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await, asyncio, concurrent programming)
• Experience with Django/DRF or other modern web frameworks (Flask, FastAPI)
• Experience with external API integration, preferably marketing APIs (Google Ads, Facebook Marketing API, or similar platforms)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP preferred)
• Data science and machine learning expertise would be a plus
• Product-focused mindset and ability to work effectively in agile team environments with minimal supervision
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (written and verbal communication)
• Self-motivated and proactive with strong problem-solving initiative

Position: Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers using Massive’s residential proxies for web scraping and data collection.
• Assist clients with proxy setup, troubleshooting, and optimizing their web scraping workflows using tools like Scrapy, Puppeteer, Playwright, and Selenium.
• Diagnose and resolve proxy-related issues, such as IP rotation, geo-targeting, rate-limiting, CAPTCHA solving, and request handling.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and improve the Massive proxy platform based on customer needs.
• Develop and maintain help articles, FAQ sections, and other resources to streamline the support process.
• Provide ongoing customer success and best practice advice to help clients scale their data collection efforts.
• Write technical blog posts to share best practices, tutorials, and troubleshooting guides for web scraping and proxy usage.
• Run tests for technical blog articles, ensuring the solutions and techniques shared are effective and up-to-date.

• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively follow up to ensure issues are resolved and clients maximize their usage.

   

Skills & Qualities:

• 2+ years of experience in web scraping and working with proxy networks.
• Strong understanding of web scraping tools (e.g., Scrapy, Puppeteer, Selenium, BeautifulSoup) and HTTP protocols.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support with payroll processing, tax payments, and customer email notifications.

This position is available as both part-time and full-time:

• $3.5 / hour, meaning:
  • Part-time (4 hours/day) – $300 per month
  • Full-time (8 hours/day) – $600 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payrolls accurately and on schedule
• Submit federal and state tax payments using EFTPS and TaxConnect
• Send professional email notifications to customers about billing or payments
• Maintain accounting records in QuickBooks and EasyACCT
• Track tasks and deadlines using ClickUp

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or already completed a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in accounting, finance, business, or related field)
• English level B1+ (able to read and write emails clearly)
