• Own Performance Marketing for the Business Unit end to end: strategy, budget, priorities, results

What you should have:

• 5+ years in Performance Marketing, with hands-on ownership of User Acquisition for subscription-based products, both mobile and web
• 3+ years in a leadership role with direct accountability for growth metrics— revenue, CAC, ROMI
• Confirmed cases of scaling web acquisition—numbers you can talk through, not just channels you’ve touched
• Channel mastery: Google, Meta, TikTok, Applovin and beyond. You can walk into any ad account, read what’s wrong, and tell the team exactly how to fix it
• Deep understanding of unit economics, attribution, forecasting, and marketing analytics
• Experience owning significant marketing budgets, from allocation to defending the numbers behind it
• Leadership experience with direct reports—you’ve hired, mentored, and made hard calls when needed. You know what a high bar looks like, and you hold it

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience building applications using Python;
• Working experience with FastAPI (Flask/Django experience is transferable);
• Good knowledge of relational databases (SQLite, PostgreSQL) and SQLAlchemy: data modeling, schema design, writing efficient queries;

Responsibilities

• Backend development: Design, implement, and maintain server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and system integrations in Python.
