We place experienced, tech-savvy operators directly into our clients' existing setups to handle day-to-day operations, back-office processes, and talent execution where automation stops. We are managing this recruitment process on behalf of our partner client.

Our client is a fast-growing proptech platform specializing in vacation home co-ownership. Backed by prominent European founders (Auto1, Smava, Numa), they are scaling rapidly to build the next proptech unicorn.

In your role as Property Marketing Manager (m/f/d), your focus will be on creating marketing and sales materials - including text, images, and video - for our properties.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing / content creation.
• Education: A completed vocational training program or college degree.
• Languages: Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Content & Design Skills:
  • A knack for creating effective and visually appealing informational materials.
  • Experience using image editing software and, ideally, video editing software.
• Software Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Interests & Soft Skills:
  • Interest in real estate and vacation properties.

  • Strong communication skills and a meticulous, structured approach to work.

     

Responsibilities & Key Duties:

• Content Creation: Creating text, images, and layout/materials for the website, social media, property listings, and brochures (print and PDF).
• Website Management: Website content management.
• Property Documentation: Creating documents and guides for our vacation properties.
• Editorial: Writing articles for our magazine.

• Data Management: Maintaining the real estate databases.
