Performance Marketing Manager

We are managing this recruitment process on behalf of our partner client, MYNE.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Successful university degree, majoring in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid channels (Google, Paid Social, LinkedIn, Native, etc.).
• Proficiency in handling data, analytics, marketing tools, and intricate problem-solving.
• Experience with A/B testing, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and website funnel optimization.
• A proactive attitude and a firm commitment to achieving measurable outcomes.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

   

Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale existing performance marketing channels (Google, Social, LinkedIn, Native, etc.).
• Develop new marketing strategies and test new performance marketing acquisition channels.
• Implement A/B testing for website pages and ad campaigns to drive growth.
• Continuously analyze and improve the customer conversion funnel on the website and beyond.

• Conduct in-depth data analysis and generate regular performance reports for the management team.
