We are looking for a Head of VIP to build and scale the VIP function within a fast-growing crypto casino. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on proactive, high-touch player management and full ownership of the VIP cohort's revenue and retention.

You will set the standard for how high-value players are managed, lead the VIP team, and align cross-functional stakeholders around retention outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own VIP segment NGR, retention, and reactivation.
• Drive proactive player management: read play and deposit patterns, anticipate churn, and intervene before a high-value player goes dormant.
• Run VIP segmentation and tiering. Promote rising players early; identify at-risk whales and protect them.
• Own personalized comps, bonuses, and gifting within strict margin discipline (comp-to-NGR).
• Build and maintain VIP dashboards leadership needs to see cohort health in real time.
• Keep the program inside compliance and responsible gambling boundaries.

Team Leadership

• Build, lead, and coach the VIP team. Set service standards, coverage, and response SLAs.
• Establish workflows and rituals for proactive player outreach and escalation.
• Foster a culture of ownership, data discipline, and relationship-driven service.

About the Project
Our client operates community and specialty hospitals, a managed care organization, a physician network, community health centers, and home care and other health-related entities in the United States. The Research Portal — one of the internal products — is a web-based application with over 10,000 current users developed for the entire research community to review, monitor, and manage research portfolio. The main goal is to unite distributed and complex organizational processes into one application and help alleviate administrative burdens. 
 

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in data warehouse development.
• Strong hands-on experience with: T-SQL, stored procedures, query performance tuning, and indexing strategies.
• Proven experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schemas), slowly changing dimensions, and data warehouse design best practices.
• Experience with source-to-target mapping, data quality checks, and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS to move and transform data from operational systems into the data warehouse.
• Design and evolve dimensional models (facts, dimensions, SCDs) that support reporting and analytics needs.
• Write and tune complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views; troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
• Establish and enforce data quality, validation, and reconciliation processes across the warehouse.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into data models and pipelines.
• Document data flows, schemas, and transformation logic to support maintainability and onboarding.

Your working hours will be night shifts from 22:00 to 6:30 Eastern European Time (EET) 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving user incidents: analyzing incoming tickets, live chats, and phone calls, conducting investigations, communicating with users, and fully satisfying their requests. This will take up 60% of your work time;
• Collaborating closely with the moderation team, partners, and customers. This will take up 20% of your time;
• Updating knowledge bases and continuously improving user communication processes. This will take up 10% of your time;
• Preparing reports on user requests. This will take up 10% of your time.

Your main tasks will be:

• Resolving customer requests;
• Finding answers to their questions (we will assist you with this!);
• Ensuring high-quality communication between related departments.

We expect you to have:

• At least 6 months of experience in customer support in English;
