What experience is important to us:

• Higher education in finance, economics, or a related field

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and curious Lead Generation Specialist to help fuel our sales pipeline and support our business growth.

Your main goal? Find the right people and start meaningful conversations. 
You’ll be researching potential clients, crafting personalised outreach messages, and working closely with the Sales Manager and CEO to bring in new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Research and identify potential B2B clients across LinkedIn, Upwork, databases, and other platforms
• Craft and send personalised outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, and Upwork
• Track and update communication statuses in our CRM
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine ideal customer profiles and targeting strategies
• Run small-scale A/B tests of messaging and outreach tactics
• Assist in organising lead lists and weekly progress reports

• Constantly learn and iterate on your approach based on feedback and results

   

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ year of experience in lead generation, SDR, or similar roles
• Solid communication and written English skills (B2 level or higher)

Your main tasks:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and release new features.
● Write and maintain clean, efficient, and commented Python code
● Build and optimize microservices, APIs, and integration workflows

What do we expect from you:
Must Have:
● 3+ years of professional experience in Python development, including building and
maintaining APIs and backend services

● Strong knowledge of FastAPI, RESTful APIs, and microservices
● Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and related frameworks (e.g.,
