Your future responsibilities:

• Own the architecture of the authorization platform end-to-end — from design through production operations
• Design and implement sidecar-based authorization mechanisms and policy enforcement engines
• Define authorization models (RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC) and translate business requirements into enforceable policies

Your skills and experience:

• 5+ years of professional Golang development
• Expert-level understanding of Go concurrency patterns, interfaces, and idiomatic Go
• Deep knowledge of authorization models and systems (RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC, Zanzibar-style)
• Hands-on experience with policy engines (OPA/Rego, OpenFGA, or similar)

You will work with modern Oracle database technologies, Linux-based infrastructure, backup and recovery processes, monitoring tools, and high-availability solutions. Your future responsibilities:

• Integrate security tools and practices into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning, etc)
• Implement security as a service in AWS and Kubernetes environments, enforce security policies across infrastructure and applications

We’re looking for a sharp and driven Senior SEO Specialist to join our team!

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SEO experience with proven successful cases;
• 2+ years in iGaming;
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms;
• English level B1+, Ukrainian/Russian;
• Experience in developing and executing SEO strategies (content, technical SEO, link building, UX);
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for SEO needs;
• Experience with high-load and multi-regional websites;
• Strong technical SEO expertise;
• Experience with SERM and Parasite SEO;
• Proficiency with SEO tools;
• Experience in A/B testing and bot behavior analysis;
• Cross-team collaboration (devs, content, link building);
• Understanding of business metrics and ability to justify decisions;
• Mentoring experience;
• Experience in automation of SEO processes.

Will be plus:

Experience working with AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor)

Responsibilities:

• Full ownership and independent management of projects;
• Steady growth in traffic and rankings across projects;
• Improvement of business metrics (registrations, FTD);
• Achievement of intermediate SEO strategy goals;
• Reduced dependency of projects on the team lead/manager;
• Scaling successful use cases across other projects;
• Initiating new ideas and approaches;
• Collaboration with the content team;
• Collaboration with the link-building team;
• Collaboration with the development team;
• Achievement of defined project KPIs;
• Budget control across projects;
• Testing hypotheses to improve project metrics and analyzing test results;
• Preparing pre-sale SEO audits for potential clients.
