NuxGame is a B2B iGaming technology provider. We deliver turnkey casino and sportsbook platforms, game aggregation, and sweepstakes products to operators worldwide, across four product lines: Turnkey Traditional, Sweepstakes Turnkey, Game Aggregation, and Sweepstakes Game Aggregation. Our customers are operators. Their back office teams work in our platform every day, and their players use it every time they deposit, verify their identity, or withdraw.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team.

What we expect from the candidate:

  • You own the roadmap for your domains and you defend it. Prioritisation is your call to make and to explain, not something you escalate by default.
  • You write specifications that an engineer can build from without a business analyst in between: scope and non scope, flows, edge cases, dependencies, acceptance criteria.
  • You work with data yourself. You define the metric, pull the number, and check it before you act on it.
  • You go deep on the technical side. You read API documentation, review integration contracts, and hold your own in a discussion with engineers.
  • You design for many operators at once. Every decision is a decision about configuration, defaults, and backward compatibility, not about a single customer.
  • You close the loop after release. A feature that shipped and moved nothing is not a delivered feature.

Requirements

Must have

  • 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years owning payments, fraud and risk, or financial products in iGaming, fintech, or payments.
  • Hands on experience with PSP and payment aggregator integrations: REST APIs, request and response construction, webhooks and callbacks, idempotency, status and error mapping, reconciliation.
  • Practical understanding of the trade offs between hosted payment pages, iframe, and fully platform hosted cashier flows, including where PCI scope, conversion, and support load land in each.
  • Experience with several payment method families: cards, e-wallets, bank transfer and local rails, vouchers, and crypto (networks, confirmations, on ramp providers).
  • Experience integrating KYC and AML providers, and owning or building a rule based fraud or risk engine.
  • Experience with rule based configuration and player segmentation: defining segments, resolving conflicts between overlapping rules, and giving business users a safe way to change them without a release.
  • Working knowledge of the regulatory requirements affecting deposits, withdrawals, KYC, and responsible gambling in at least two or three jurisdictions.
  • Data fluency: deposit success rate, approval rate by provider and method, withdrawal processing time, chargeback rate, verification funnel conversion. You can pull these yourself.
  • B2B product experience. Our users are operators and their back office staff, not only end players.
  • Structured written communication in English. Russian or Ukrainian for internal team communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a multi tenant white label platform serving dozens of operators at once.
  • Sweepstakes or social casino experience, where purchase and redemption flows differ from classic deposit and withdrawal.
  • Experience with payment orchestration platforms, smart routing, and cascading.
  • Experience with Metabase or a comparable BI stack, and enough SQL to validate a number.
  • Practical use of AI tooling in the product workflow for discovery, documentation, and analysis.

Your position will include:

Payments and PSP

  • Own the payment roadmap across all four product lines and decide what gets built, what gets configured, and what gets refused.
  • Own the internal payment gateway as a product: integration contract, provider onboarding, error handling and retries, logs, and the tooling support uses to investigate a stuck transaction.
  • Own the technical and product side of PSP relationships and work with our PSP Manager, who owns commercial terms and provider selection.
  • Drive deposit and withdrawal conversion: cashier UX, method visibility and ordering, error minimisation, hosted versus platform side flows, retry and cascading logic.
  • Own crypto and Web3 coverage: networks, confirmations, on ramp providers, wallet based authorisation and deposits.
  • Shorten the time it takes to launch a new provider by standardising the integration, so a new PSP becomes configuration rather than custom development.

Fraud, KYC and compliance

  • Own the fraud and risk engine: rules and thresholds, risk scoring, verification flows, duplicate account and bonus abuse detection, manual review load.
  • Own third party KYC and AML integrations end to end, from provider evaluation and platform requirements through rollout to operators.
  • Turn licensing and jurisdictional requirements into configurable platform capability instead of per operator custom work.
  • Hold the balance between fraud prevention and conversion, and defend where you put the threshold.

Auth and identity

  • Own registration and login as a conversion product, including social and Web3 registration.
  • Own the relationship between authentication and verification: what a player can do before KYC, what unlocks after it, and how that differs by jurisdiction and by operator.
  • Own back office authentication, permissions, and audit logs as an operator facing product.

Segmentation

  • Own segmentation as a shared service: how segments are defined, evaluated, and consumed across payments, limits, verification, and reporting.
  • Make it usable by operators without engineering involvement: rule builder, preview and validation before a segment goes live, predictable behaviour when several segments match one player.
  • Own the cost side of it: evaluation performance on large player bases and what happens when a segment changes mid-session.

Reporting, limits and responsible gambling

  • Own operator facing financial reporting, dashboards, and export tooling.
  • Own the limit framework (deposit, loss, wager, session) and geo blocking as jurisdiction aware, operator configurable capability.
  • Own the responsible gambling toolset and make sure it satisfies the licences our operators hold.
