Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full cycle of load operations in the CRM/TMS system
  • Coordinate with brokers, carriers, drivers, and internal departments to ensure on-time and efficient freight delivery
  • Monitor shipment statuses and resolve operational issues in real time
  • Provide daily support to drivers, including communication regarding routes, delays, appointments, and emergencies
  • Track and update load information, maintain accurate operational records and documentation

 

 

Requirements:

- Previous experience in truck transportation logistics

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures

- Proficiency in using dispatching software

- English B2

 

Working Conditions:

  • Schedule: Day shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (aligned with U.S. market hours)
