What We're Looking For

We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Senior Motion Designer to join our team to play an integral part in the Creative Production team. You won't just be "making videos"; you will be engineering high-impact visual assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google that stop the scroll and drive results.

Responsibilities:

Analytics & tracking:
- Create tracking links and postbacks.
- Analyze installs, events, cohorts, and advertising channels.
- Monitor metric deviations and identify root causes.

Attribution & anti-fraud:
- Apply knowledge of attribution mechanics (IDFA/GAID, SKAdNetwork, fingerprinting, probabilistic matching).
- Analyze fraud metrics: click spamming, click injection, bot traffic, anomalous behavior.
- Work with MMP anti-fraud dashboards (Protect360, Adjust Fraud Suite).
- Run weekly/monthly reconciliations, request and verify partner reports, compare MMP data with partner reporting.

Partner management:
- Search for and onboard new partners: publishers, SDK networks, DSPs, media buying agencies, arbitrage teams.
- Perform initial partner validation (cases, volumes, GEOs, quality, tracking).
- Negotiate terms, KPIs, test volumes, payment structures.
