We're looking for a 3D Artist for Roblox projects who can fully own the 3D side of a title.

You will be the only 3D artist on the project, responsible for environments, characters/creatures, props, rigging, animation, asset import, and optimization in Roblox Studio.

About this opportunity

We invite a Senior / Principal Product Designer to join our core engineering team and help shape a large-scale data infrastructure platform for private markets. In this role, you’ll design end-to-end features across the client’s AI-native enterprise products, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to build agentic experiences. You’ll also focus on strengthening design-to-engineering collaboration to support seamless delivery from concept to implementation.

Key responsibilities and your contribution

• Контроль своєчасної публікації контенту на активних каналах.
• Координація підготовки та публікації записів стрімів.
• Підготовка та поступовий розвиток нових каналів відповідно до алгоритмів YouTube.
• Перевірка контенту перед публікацією на відповідність правилам платформи та відсутність ризикових елементів.
• Повна SEO-оптимізація відеороликів і записів стрімів:
  заголовки, описи, ключові слова, теги, структура, таймкоди.
• Підвищення CTR через тестування обкладинок і формулювань.

Це не класична позиція найманого CEO. Ми шукаємо людину, яка фактично візьме повний ownership за створення нового бізнесу: від вибору платформи та GEO до формування команди, запуску маркетингу, побудови операційних процесів і виходу проєкту на profitability.

Основні задачі

• Контролювати payment performance, approval rate та ефективність платіжної інфраструктури.
• Управляти P&L проєкту, бюджетом, основними витратами та фінансовим плануванням.
