Senior Product Designer

About this opportunity

We invite a Senior / Principal Product Designer to join our core engineering team and help shape a large-scale data infrastructure platform for private markets. In this role, you’ll design end-to-end features across the client’s AI-native enterprise products, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to build agentic experiences. You’ll also focus on strengthening design-to-engineering collaboration to support seamless delivery from concept to implementation.

Is that you?

• 5+ years designing complex workflows for enterprise SaaS products or B2B services

• End-to-end product design expertise, from early concepts through high-fidelity prototypes

• Interaction design skills to simplify complex user journeys and workflows

• Experience building and scaling robust design systems

• Rapid prototyping using AI tools and/or frontend code

• Experience integrating AI tools into daily design workflows

• Strong user research skills and data-driven understanding of user workflows

• Strategic problem-solving and product thinking to turn ambiguity into clear, practical solutions

• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

• High standards for visual design quality and attention to detail

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and experience improving design-to-engineering workflows

Desirable:

• Hands-on experience building agentic products

• Familiarity with fintech, blockchain, or Web3 ecosystems

• Interest in how AI is changing product development and user experiences

• Design leadership or team lead experience, including mentoring and driving design direction

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll own end-to-end product design while influencing product strategy and direction.

• Contribute to the overall design and product direction of the client’s products

• Design and ship high-quality product improvements from early concepts through final UI

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design on product strategy and execution priorities

• Conduct user research to build a data-driven understanding of users and their workflows

• Contribute to and evolve the design system ecosystem

• Improve and streamline design-to-engineering collaboration workflows
