    About the role
    As a Full Stack Team Lead, you’ll manage a cross-functional team working across frontend and backend. You’ll lead the team through the entire product development lifecycle—architecture, development, testing, and deployment—delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions built on modern tech. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, drive technical excellence, and help shape our AI-driven platform.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead with Vision: Manage and mentor a team of developers, guiding them across planning, development, QA, and deployment.
    • Build with Impact: Take ownership of designing and developing new features and services for our core platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
    • Drive Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to define and deliver on product goals and KPIs.
    • Raise the Bar: Enforce coding standards, implement testing and automation, and promote high engineering quality across the team.
    • Foster Growth: Support the professional development of team members through mentoring, technical guidance, and continuous feedback.


    Qualifications

    • 6+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development, with deep expertise in Node.js, and React (including Redux and React Query).
    • Proven leadership experience, with 2+ years managing developers, driving delivery, and mentoring in fast-paced, high-performing environments.
    • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and designing scalable, cloud-native systems.
    • Experience working with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Strong database experience with both SQL and NoSQL technologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working cross-functionally.
    • Passion for clean code, technical leadership, and building high-performing teams.
