Leapyn is a B2B marketing agency. A large part of what we do is property marketing for industrial and commercial real estate, which means brochures, landing pages, and campaigns for buildings that are often not built yet.
 

We need someone who can turn a civil engineer's site plan into marketing visuals that a broker can put in front of a tenant.

What you'll be making
 

Illustrative site plans. We hand you a black and white conceptual site plan from the civil engineer, usually a PDF or CAD file with building footprints, square footages, parking, and roads. You give us back a colored aerial site plan with landscaping, paving, striping, trees, and clean labeling.

Exterior building renderings. From that same site plan and whatever elevation drawings exist, you build photorealistic exteriors. Aerial and eye level views, day and dusk lighting, signage and tenant branding placed on the building.

Building types are industrial. Distribution and logistics warehouses, powered shells, data centers, flex and light manufacturing, occasional retail pads.

What we need you to be good at

Reading construction documents. You should be comfortable working from a site plan, elevation set, or PDF markup and knowing what the building is supposed to look like without us describing every dock door.

Accuracy. These renderings go in leasing brochures. Dock counts, bay spacing, clear height, parking layout, and building dimensions have to match the plan, because a broker will get asked about them.

Handling revisions cleanly. Site plans change. When they do we come back with a new version and you rebuild from it.

3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona, Lumion, Twinmotion, D5, Blender, SketchUp, or whatever your pipeline is. We care about the output, not the software.

AI assisted finishing is fine as long as the base geometry comes from an actual model and the building stays accurate to the plan. Tell us where in your process you use it.

You'll get a written brief with the source files, reference, view angles, and the deadline. One point of contact at Leapyn, not a committee.

Volume is steady but project based. Some months are a single site plan, others are a full package of a site plan plus four to six views.

About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to create high-performing static ad creatives for paid social campaigns across several ecommerce brands.

The role focuses on producing a large volume of advertising assets for acquisition campaigns while maintaining quality, consistency, and conversion-oriented design principles. Success is measured by creative output, speed of execution, and contribution to ongoing testing initiatives rather than traditional brand design.

Responsibilities

Creative Production

• Design static ads for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and other paid acquisition platforms.
• Produce creatives based on concepts developed by strategists and creative leads.
• Create multiple design variations to support testing initiatives.
• Ensure visual consistency across campaigns and brands.

Testing Support

• Adapt designs for different hooks, offers, messaging, and layouts.
• Update creatives using insights from campaign performance.
• Support continuous high-volume creative experimentation.
• Maintain organized creative asset libraries.

Collaboration

• Work alongside creative strategists, editors, and other team members.
• Manage several creative requests in parallel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.

Position Overview

The E-Commerce Manager & AI Specialist will manage and improve Ferla Bikes' online sales ecosystem while helping implement AI and automation throughout the company.

You will work across our websites, e-commerce platforms, marketing systems, analytics, CRM, automations, and digital infrastructure.

Because this is a remote position, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, responsive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Website Management

• Manage and optimize Ferla Bikes' e-commerce websites and online storefronts.
• Manage products, collections, pricing, promotions, landing pages, and website content.
• Build and edit pages using Shopify, WordPress, and Elementor.
• Make front-end website adjustments using HTML and CSS.
• Identify and troubleshoot website issues.
• Improve website speed, usability, mobile experience, and conversion rates.
• Monitor abandoned carts, customer behavior, conversion rates, and online sales.
• Implement strategies to increase traffic, average order value, conversion rates, and overall online revenue.
• Assist with SEO and organic search optimization.
• Coordinate online product launches and promotional campaigns.

AI & Automation

• Research and implement AI tools that can improve sales, marketing, customer service, and internal operations.
• Build and maintain automations using Make.com and other automation platforms.
• Create AI-assisted workflows to eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
• Develop effective AI prompts, processes, and internal systems.
• Integrate AI with CRM, e-commerce, marketing, and operational platforms.
• Identify areas of the business that can be streamlined or automated.
• Help develop AI-powered customer service and sales solutions.
• Continuously research new AI technologies and recommend tools that could benefit Ferla Bikes.

CRM, Project Management & Marketing

• Manage and improve workflows within GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Use Monday.com to organize projects, tasks, timelines, and team collaboration.
• Assist with email marketing, customer follow-ups, lead nurturing, and abandoned-cart campaigns.
• Support Google and Meta advertising initiatives.
• Develop and improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Work with management to implement new digital campaigns and promotions.

Analytics & Website Performance

• Manage and analyze website performance through Google Analytics.
• Use Microsoft Clarity to evaluate visitor behavior, heatmaps, recordings, and website usability.
• Track e-commerce KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create reports that clearly communicate performance, problems, and opportunities.
• Monitor website speed, security, DNS, caching, and performance through platforms such as Cloudflare and Cloudways.
• Use data—not assumptions—to recommend changes and improvements.
