About the Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to create high-performing static ad creatives for paid social campaigns across several ecommerce brands.
The role focuses on producing a large volume of advertising assets for acquisition campaigns while maintaining quality, consistency, and conversion-oriented design principles. Success is measured by creative output, speed of execution, and contribution to ongoing testing initiatives rather than traditional brand design.
Responsibilities
Creative Production
- Design static ads for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and other paid acquisition platforms.
- Produce creatives based on concepts developed by strategists and creative leads.
- Create multiple design variations to support testing initiatives.
- Ensure visual consistency across campaigns and brands.
Testing Support
- Adapt designs for different hooks, offers, messaging, and layouts.
- Update creatives using insights from campaign performance.
- Support continuous high-volume creative experimentation.
- Maintain organized creative asset libraries.
Collaboration
- Work alongside creative strategists, editors, and other team members.
- Manage several creative requests in parallel.
- Keep design files and internal systems well organized.
- Deliver assets according to agreed timelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Experience creating creatives for paid social advertising.
- Background working with ecommerce or performance marketing companies.
- Experience with direct response advertising.
- Strong understanding of design hierarchy and conversion-focused visual communication.
- Familiarity with Meta creative best practices.
- Experience supporting creative testing workflows.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Proficiency with professional design software.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Agency or multi-brand experience.
- Experience collaborating with creative strategists.
- Experience designing assets for UGC or creator-led campaigns.
- Basic understanding of creative performance metrics and reporting.
