We are looking for a Junior / Trainee Project Manager who will help coordinate development processes and grow into a strong PM within our game development team. Together, we will deliver high-quality products on time and with clear communication.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of the Project Manager role in IT / game development projects
• Basic understanding of the project lifecycle
• Clear understanding of the differences between PM / PO / BA
• Basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban
• Understanding of key terms: backlog, sprint, task, milestone, estimation
• Basic experience with task-tracking tools (Jira / ClickUp / Asana / Trello)
• Confident use of Google Docs / Google Sheets
• English level B2 or higher
• Ability to:

• Strong Framer expertise — you’ve delivered multiple production websites (not just experimental projects)
• Motion design understanding — strong grasp of timing, easing, micro-interactions, and how motion improves UX
• SEO fundamentals — technical SEO knowledge (Core Web Vitals, structured data, crawlability) plus strong on-page SEO practices
• Execution mindset — comfortable in fast-moving startup environments with minimal bureaucracy
• Excellent async communication — clear written updates, proactive about blockers, comfortable working independently

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working on fintech or B2B SaaS websites
