    As a Junior Operational Analytics Specialist, you’ll work on Chargebackhit β€” technology that protects online businesses from fraud and chargebacks. The product is mature but runs with the energy of a startup: things evolve fast and decisions are made quickly.

     

    This role puts you at the heart of product operations β€” connecting services, monitoring performance, and working with data that protects merchants in real time. It’s an ideal opportunity to kick-start your analytics career in fintech.

    • Strong proficiency in Excel for analysis and business modeling.
    • Experience with Power BI (Tableau experience is also considered).
    • Expertise in Descriptive and Inferential Statistical Analysis, A/B testing, and Hypothesis Testing, with a proven ability to analyze results.
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics, BigQuery, Python/R, and ML is desirable.
    • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in interacting across all levels of management and diverse business functions.
