• Strong SQL skills and experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake); proficiency in Tableau/Looker/etc. for reporting and complex data visualization and product analytics tooling. Amplitude/Mixpanel/Heap/Hotjar/PostHog for event/property tracking and user journey tracking.
• Experience with marketing attribution platforms (Appsflyer/Adjust/Kochava/etc.); familiarity with Python/R for data analysis and automation. Experience with ML or time-series inference is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of product analytics (funnels, cohorts, retention, event tracking), marketing analytics (incl. attribution, MMM, incrementality testing, etc.), statistics, experimentation, and experience with segmentation and modeling churn or LTV. Demonstrable advanced analytics experience (causal inference, quasi-experiments, linear programming, econometrics, etc.) is highly advantageous for the role.

The role

It’s all about you

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing for mobile apps (preferably in video streaming / live / social apps)
• Proven track record of managing $1M+ monthly budgets and leading teams of 5+ people
• Deep understanding of unit economics, cohort analysis, and performance marketing metrics
• Strong knowledge of advertising auctions, attribution models, and MMP tools
• Hands-on experience in traffic acquisition and scaling channels
• Expertise in marketing analytics with BI tools (Tableau, Data Studio, AppsFlyer, Firebase)

We are hiring our first Sales Manager in Romania to build and own the full sales for our portfolio of contact center and omnichannel communication solutions. You’ll prospect, run demos, negotiate, and close deals across Romania and Moldova. This is a ground-floor opportunity: you’ll shape how we enter the market, influence positioning, and grow the territory.  

What you’ll do:

• Prospecting & Pipeline Building 

Research and identify potential clients and partners based on ICP. Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels. Re-engage dormant leads.

• Sales Cycle Ownership

Qualify leads, uncover business needs, conduct discovery calls and  product demos. Negotiate, handle objections, and close deals. Prepare commercial proposals and contracts.

• Account Management & Growth

Manage the full client lifecycle in the CRM. Build long-term relationships with clients and partners. Drive cross-sell, upsell, and contract renewals in collaboration with the Presale team during onboarding.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration 

Work  with Marketing to align product positioning and messaging for the Romanian and Moldovan markets. Provide market feedback to Product and Leadership.

Skills required:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or partnership development in the IT/SaaS products,  ideally full-cycle (not only lead generation)
• Strong understanding of sales funnel, deal cycle, and pipeline management
• Ability to build long term relationships with decision-makers (CTO, Head of CX, COO, IT Director, etc)
• Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts in simple, business-relevant language
• Experience with outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and other B2B channels
• Proficiency with CRM tools (ideally Snov.io, Apollo, or others) 
• Experience conducting discovery/intro calls,demo sessions, and negotiations 
• Romanian language - С1 (oral and written)
• English language - B2 (oral and written)
• Based in Romania (remote work within the country)
• Self-organized, proactive, and results-driven.

We are seeking a Cold Sales Representative focused on outbound prospecting via cold calls. This role is critical to expanding our client base across North America, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Europe, and other markets. You will support the top-of-funnel sales process by generating qualified appointments for our Account Executives.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for product demos.
• Follow a proven cold outreach script and adapt it based on call feedback.
