We are hiring our first Sales Manager in Romania to build and own the full sales for our portfolio of contact center and omnichannel communication solutions. You’ll prospect, run demos, negotiate, and close deals across Romania and Moldova. This is a ground-floor opportunity: you’ll shape how we enter the market, influence positioning, and grow the territory.
What you’ll do:
- Prospecting & Pipeline Building
Research and identify potential clients and partners based on ICP. Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels. Re-engage dormant leads.
- Sales Cycle Ownership
Qualify leads, uncover business needs, conduct discovery calls and product demos. Negotiate, handle objections, and close deals. Prepare commercial proposals and contracts.
- Account Management & Growth
Manage the full client lifecycle in the CRM. Build long-term relationships with clients and partners. Drive cross-sell, upsell, and contract renewals in collaboration with the Presale team during onboarding.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Marketing to align product positioning and messaging for the Romanian and Moldovan markets. Provide market feedback to Product and Leadership.
Skills required:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or partnership development in the IT/SaaS products, ideally full-cycle (not only lead generation)
- Strong understanding of sales funnel, deal cycle, and pipeline management
- Ability to build long term relationships with decision-makers (CTO, Head of CX, COO, IT Director, etc)
- Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts in simple, business-relevant language
- Experience with outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and other B2B channels
- Proficiency with CRM tools (ideally Snov.io, Apollo, or others)
- Experience conducting discovery/intro calls,demo sessions, and negotiations
- Romanian language - С1 (oral and written)
- English language - B2 (oral and written)
- Based in Romania (remote work within the country)
- Self-organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Will be an advantage:
- Existing network of contacts in relevant Romanian/Moldovan segments (contact centers, BPO, e-commerce, SaaS, customer support)
- Experience selling contact center, omnichannel, or CRM solutions
- Understanding of contact center operations and omnichannel communication workflows
- Basic understanding of product development cycles
- Experience working with international or distributed teams
