    We are looking for a Head of Finance who will take ownership of treasury, payment and receivables control, management reporting, and operational support of KYC and audits for several legal entities across different jurisdictions.
    The role involves multi-currency operations, crypto tools, and bank accounts in multiple countries.
    This is a hands-on role with clear approval rules and support from external consultants.


    Responsibilities:

    Treasury and payments:
    - Execute and record project payments, maintain a payment calendar
    - Open required accounts, connect payment methods and payment providers (if needed)
    - Plan account balances, manage liquidity, prevent cash gaps
    - Perform regular balance reconciliations and ensure data accuracy
    - Partner payouts and receivables control
    - Issue invoices and monitor payment deadlines
    - Reconcile received funds, track accounts receivable and outstanding balances
    - Work with partners on discrepancies and collect supporting documents
     
    Management accounting and reporting:
    - Weekly transaction logging (register of payments, receipts, liabilities)
    - Monthly close and preparation of management reports: BS (Balance Sheet), P&L (Profit and Loss), CF (Cash Flow)
    - Prepare a short financial summary for management: key changes, risks, forecasts
     
    Legal entities across jurisdictions:
    - KYC completion, preparation of document packages, communication with banks and providers
    - Support external auditors and consultants, prepare information and explanations
    - Maintain baseline document hygiene: contracts, invoices, confirmations, payment rationale
     
    Finance function development:
    - Select and implement accounting systems for the project
    - Establish policies and procedures: payment process, limits, approvals
    - If needed, hire and onboard additional team members
     
    Requirements and expectations:

    - Relevant finance experience: treasury, reconciliations, payments, receivables control, management reporting
    - Strong understanding and hands-on experience with regular preparation of P&L, CF, BS
    - Comfortable with creative financial solutions within legal and compliance boundaries
    - Understanding of crypto and payment infrastructure: wallets, crypto cards, providers, transaction confirmations, basic AML logic
    - Experience with crypto infrastructure: exchange accounts, hardware wallets, understanding of checks and basic AML logic
    - Advanced Excel / Google Spreadsheets skills: pivots, complex formulas, data structures, scripts
    - Experience with Asana or a similar task tracker
    - Working-level English (email, documents, communication)
    - Confident Ukrainian (spoken and written)
    - High attention to detail, documentation, audit trails, and deadlines
    - Willingness to pass basic security checks (background / compliance)
