Duties & Responsibilities 💼

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (startups, SMBs)
• Work closely with Sales and Delivery teams

• Participate in client meetings, provide project updates, and resolve issues proactively
• Upsell / cross-sell by identifying client needs and offering additional services
• Prepare invoices, reports, and financial performance tracking

– attract and onboard new merchants (focus on EU market)
– manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to onboarding
– conduct negotiations, presentations, and prepare commercial offers
– work with CRM systems and manage sales pipelines
– collaborate with product, compliance, and tech teams
– achieve sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:
– proven B2B sales experience in fintech / payments or high-risk segments
– strong understanding of high-risk verticals (iGaming / gambling / crypto)
– experience working with CRM systems
