HR Manager / People Partner

$

We’re looking for a responsible and people-oriented HR Manager who will take ownership of key people processes and help grow a strong, healthy team culture. This is an autonomous role with no micromanagement and direct access to top management.
 

Requirements:
β€” 1+ years of experience in HR (HR Manager / HR Generalist / People Partner) in IT β€” must-have;
β€” Strong understanding of core HR processes (full employee lifecycle);
β€” Experience with Performance review and Personal Development Plans (PDPs);
β€” Experience working with feedback and HR analytics;
β€” Experience in organizing online activities;
β€” Experience with HRM systems, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets etc.);
β€” English β€” B1+;
β€” Proactive mindset;
β€” Strong communication skills;
β€” Structured, systems thinking;
β€” Location: Ukraine (remote).
 

Responsibilities:
Employee lifecycle
Own the full employee lifecycle.
Run smooth onboarding processes (pre-onboarding, onboarding, adaptation checkpoints).
Support employees during the probation period.

Performance & development
Drive performance review cycles (mid-year & annual).
Support and track Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
Work with managers on goal setting and performance management.
Hold regular 1:1s and understand how the team feels and performs.

People support & partnership
Advise on HR policies and best practices.
Help resolve complex situations.

Engagement & culture
Handle internal communications in company channels (news, digests, updates, announcements, etc.).
Organize online activities (team buildings, workshops, etc.).
Support internal initiatives (celebrations, events, learning activities).

HR analytics & feedback
Collect and analyze feedback from multiple sources (1:1s, performance reviews, eNPS, Gallup Q12, engagement and satisfaction surveys).
Identify risks and improvement areas within teams.
Prepare HR reports and insights.

HR Operations
Maintain accurate HR documentation.
Improve internal HR processes and suggest data-driven changes.

Cross-department collaboration
Contribute to monthly reporting for Sales and Accounting.
Act as a Resource Manager, tracking specialists’ performance, skills, project allocations, contract end terms, and preparing regular reports.
