IT Project Manager / Delivery Manager

What you will do:

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives while deeply understanding business needs, shaping solutions, and ensuring measurable value. This role bridges business strategy, stakeholder alignment, and technical execution - combining the strengths of a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and Senior Business Analyst.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project or Delivery Management;
• Strong experience in Business Analysis;
• Proven experience across the full SDLC (from discovery to post-launch);
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Waterfall or Hybrid delivery approaches
• Solid experience managing:
  • scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Experience creating:
  • BRD / FRD
  • User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Practical experience conducting:
  • discovery workshops
  • stakeholder interviews
  • UAT coordination

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of:
  • SDLC processes
  • APIs and system integrations
  • basic architecture principles
• Basic knowledge of:
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Data / BI / reporting concepts

Stakeholder & Leadership Skills

• Experience working with senior stakeholders and executives
• Ability to act as a single point of accountability between business and IT
• Strong skills in:
  • facilitation

Delivery & Quality Ownership

• Proven track record of:
  • on-time delivery
  • budget control
  • reducing defects and rework
• Ability to ensure:

  • backlog grooming
  • requirements detailing
  • UAT coordination and validation
• Ability to validate deliverables, not just manage the process

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities: discovery, requirements definition, and process mapping
• Own end-to-end project delivery (scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies)
• Act as the key liaison between business and IT stakeholders
• Co-create and validate solutions with technical teams to ensure business value
• Establish governance, manage risks, and ensure delivery quality
• Contribute hands-on to delivery (backlog grooming, user stories, UAT)
