Growth Marketing Lead
You'll own digital marketing strategy across paid channels, managing campaigns while leading the creative partnerships that fuel our growth. You'll split your time between optimization (analyzing data, scaling winners, killing losers) and strategy (briefing creators, building content pipelines, refining messaging). This is a high-autonomy position where you'll work with minimal oversight to drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage Meta advertising campaigns and identify opportunities for testing and scaling
- Manage relationships with external digital partners (Google, Amazon etc.) to ensure alignment with overall strategy
- Drive creative strategy across paid and organic channels, partnering collaboratively with content creators, video editors, and designers to develop high-performing assets
- Build and maintain creator partnerships and content pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of fresh, on-brand content
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable creative briefs
- Build and optimize email flows and campaigns to drive users from consideration to purchase
- Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to keep Boona competitive
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct experience managing Meta ads for a direct-to-consumer brand, with demonstrated impact on results
- Proven ability to brief and work collaboratively with creative teams to produce high-performing assets
- Strong ability to interpret data and clearly articulate the narrative behind performance trends
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive projects forward independently
- Exceptional communication and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
- Fluent in English
