    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the QA team in planning, executing, and evaluating testing activities
    • Improve, develop and implement QA processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Actively participate in the team’s daily activities and Scrum ceremonies
    • Engages in testing activities, creates test documentation, and provides QA support at every stage
    • Define test strategies and test plans based on project requirements
    • Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders on product quality
    • Handle production incidents, monitoring and troubleshooting
    • Report and escalate release bugs and production incidents
    • Defining the scope of automation, overseeing the execution of automation tests, and analyzing the results
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, technology, and product managers, etc.
    • Mentor and coach QA team members, guiding best practices and technical skills
    • Conducting interviews with QA candidates

       

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with 2+ years in QA team leading
    • Excellent level of knowledge in software testing methodologies and best practices
    • Experience in measuring coverage and efficiency of testing
    • Proficiency and expertise in requirements-based testing techniques
    • Practical experience with Task Management System
    • Solid proficiency in creating and maintaining Test documentation and Reports
    • Experience in API testing (Postman or similar tooling)
    • Experience or comprehension of the automation testing process
    • Proficient with logging tools like Kibana, OpenSearch, etc
    • Practical experience with testing web-based applications with API integrations
    • Experience and understanding Agile/Scrum methodologies
    • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
    • Understanding of OOP principles
    • Experience in developing onboarding plans and providing mentorship
    • Good written and spoken English
