We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to help us scale our team for a fast-growing SaaS product in the real estate industry. You’ll be responsible for hiring top Sales, Marketing, Tech, and other spheres of talent across the USA, Ukraine, and other countries.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Tech roles
- Source and attract top talent globally, with a focus on the real estate tech industry
- Oversee and mentor one in-house recruiter
- Collaborate closely with the Head of divisions to align hiring strategies with business goals
- Working with hunting top specialist
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in SaaS, tech, or real estate industries, non agencies)
- Proven experience hiring in the USA, Ukraine, and internationally
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify top talent quickly
- Experience managing recruitment pipelines and working independently
- A proactive, strategic mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
