Who we are looking for:

1. Strong commercial experience

You have at least 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying Sales or Business Development role.

You should have personally been responsible for:

2. Real genomics / NGS knowledge

You need meaningful professional exposure to at least one of the following:

• NGS

You should understand how NGS fits into clinical, diagnostic, or research workflows.

If your background is exclusively in generic IT/SaaS sales and you have no professional exposure to genomics, NGS, molecular diagnostics, or a closely related field, this role is not a match.

3. Relevant customer experience

Ideally, you have sold products, software, services, or technologies to:

4. CEE market exposure

You should have experience working with customers in Central and/or Eastern Europe.

We are looking for a Product Designer (Middle+ / Senior) to lead UX/UI design for FCE’s retail mobile application and client web platform (V2).

You’ll be the dedicated product designer responsible for turning complex financial and crypto flows into clear, intuitive, and scalable experiences across mobile and web.

The key objective of the role is to take product design from concept to developer-ready implementation - including UX flows, UI, prototypes, localization, RTL, light/dark themes, and edge cases.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design end-to-end experiences for FCE’s mobile app and web platform.
• Create UX/UI for complex transactional flows: onboarding, KYC/KYB, accounts, balances, buy/sell, exchange, withdrawals, transaction history, 2FA/OTP and more.
• Cover the full user journey, including empty, loading, validation and error states — not just the happy path.
• Work confidently within FCE’s existing design system and continuously improve it where needed.
• Build scalable designs using Figma components, variables, tokens and auto-layout.
• Design with the best AI practices
• Prepare interfaces for EN/RU/AR localization, including RTL and long text, numbers and currency formats.
• Create clickable prototypes and quickly validate UX through lightweight user testing.
• Deliver clean, developer-ready files and detailed specs for Flutter and React teams.
• Use AI tools as part of the daily design workflow for UX copy, ideation, flow reviews and design iteration.
• Keep designs structured and machine-readable so they can work effectively with automated design-to-development processes.
   

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 4+ years of professional product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating released iOS/Android mobile applications and web products.
• Strong UX + UI skills with a mobile-first mindset.
• Expert-level Figma skills: components, variants, variables/tokens, auto-layout, design systems, Dev Mode and developer handoff.
• Experience designing complex forms and transactional products.
• Strong understanding of localization and RTL interfaces.
• Experience designing both light and dark themes systematically.
• Strong prototyping and UX validation skills.
• Comfortable working closely with product managers and engineering teams.
• English - working proficiency for documentation and interface copy; Russian - team language.
• Ability to overlap with Dubai (GMT+4) by at least 4-5 hours per day.
• Confident daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI (Make / First Draft), Midjourney, Recraft or similar.
• Comfortable working in an AI-assisted product development environment and able to demonstrate how AI is integrated into your personal workflow.
   

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Experience in fintech, banking, crypto or other regulated financial products.
• Experience with KYC SDKs such as Sumsub and similar solutions.
• Experience with crypto wallet flows: addresses, networks, fees and transactions.
• Ability to create icons, illustrations, micro-interactions and basic marketing visuals.
• Basic technical literacy: understanding components, widgets, frontend implementation and the importance of clean layer naming and file structure.

We are looking for an AI-First Golang Team Lead for one of our product engineering pods: a hands-on engineer who uses AI to ship fast and acts as the face of their pod towards clients and leadership.

⚠️IMPORTANT: This is not a traditional coding role. You’ll use Claude Code and other AI tools to 10x your output, always thinking about how the product or feature you are working on benefits the user. Also: we have no QA team, you OWN the quality of what you ship!

🧭About this role: every engineer on the team already owns their work end-to-end (IC + DRI). Everyone in the pod is, in effect, their own architect and lead developer. So this role is not about being the strongest techie in the room or telling people how to build.

A Team Lead is the spokesperson, coordinator, and facilitator for their pod, internally with product, design, and leadership, and externally with clients. You come from the management path, not the deep-specialist path: you have seen a lot as a developer and have consciously decided that enabling a team, working with clients and driving product outcomes is what energizes you now, not coding all day.

You remain a hands-on engineer. Expect roughly 30-40% of your week on coordination, client and product work, and the rest as an individual contributor. This is not an HR-style people-management role: no performance reviews, no career coaching. As we scale, light one-on-ones and check-ins may become part of it, but the job is coordination and delivery, not administration.

🧑 💻 What you’ll actually do:

• Be the spokesperson for your pod, internally with product, design, and leadership, and externally with clients and partners.
• Coordinate work across the pod: break initiatives into chunks, sequence them, surface blockers, and facilitate hand-offs (lightweight project management; we deliberately have no project managers).
• Gather client requirements first-hand and funnel them straight into the pod so nothing gets lost in translation.
• Represent your pod in product planning sessions and bring a strong product-driven point of view to scoping and trade-offs.
• Help pod members with product decisions and prioritization, enabling engineers who may be technically stronger than you.
• Contribute hands-on as an engineer: own features end-to-end, use Claude Code to generate Golang backend code, review AI output for quality and architectural fit.

• A developer’s background (minimum 5 years): you have seen production reality with your own hands before moving towards leading people.
• A genuinely product-driven mindset: you think about user value and business outcomes before implementation.
• Comfort facilitating and coordinating a pod without relying on formal authority.
• Willingness and ability to take part in client meetings and act as the external face of your pod.
• Excellent spoken and written English for planning sessions, stakeholder updates, and client conversations.
• Ownership mentality with a strive for elegantly simple, high-quality solutions; you test your own work thoroughly since we have no QA team.
• Proven experience using Claude Code; share specific examples.
• Solid Golang experience; you’ll review AI’s code, and you must understand how it works.

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to build and manage outbound pipeline for our US market. You’ll be based in our Israel office, but your day will run on US hours and your entire focus will be American CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and founders evaluating how to scale their cloud infrastructure. What you’ll do

Research and identify target accounts that fit our ideal customer profile, fast growing US companies with meaningful cloud spend who need DevOps capability without hiring internally.
Run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified meetings with US prospects.
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and events.

What we’re looking for
