Model Fine-Tuning and Deployment:

Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., BERT, GPT) for specific tasks and deploy them using Amazon SageMaker and Bedrock.

RAG Workflows:

Establish Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows that leverage knowledge bases built on Kendra or OpenSearch. This includes integrating various data sources, such as corporate documents, inspection checklists, and real-time external data feeds.

MLOps Integration:

The project includes a comprehensive MLOps framework to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models. This includes continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for model training, versioning, deployment, and monitoring. Automated workflows ensure that models are kept up-to-date with the latest data and are optimized for performance in production environments.

Scalable and Customizable Solutions:

Model Monitoring and Maintenance:

Implement model monitoring to track performance metrics and trigger retraining as necessary.

Collaboration:

Work closely with data engineers and DevOps engineers to ensure seamless integration of models into the production pipeline.

Documentation:

Document model development processes, deployment procedures, and monitoring setups for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Ubidex is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of a large-scale SaaS platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing architectural solutions to ensure high performance and efficiency in our platform for retargeting advertising campaigns and analytics.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in backend development in total;
• 5+ years of experience with Go development; capable of building and maintaining high-load backend systems;
• Experience with Linux (Debian / Ubuntu);
• Solid understanding of Docker and container orchestration systems (k8s, swarm);
• Experience with PostgreSQL;
• Experience with In-memory storage (Redis, Aerospike);

Responsibilities:

• Build high-load (500k+ RPS) distributed system using Golang and Node.js;
• Design and implement backend features from conception through to deployment;
• Analyze system performance metrics and bottlenecks to fine-tune services for maximum efficiency;
• Work closely with team to deliver high-quality features and resolve issues;
• Review code and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, accuracy, testability, and efficiency);
• Define and implement testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing, to ensure the reliability of the system;
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and tools relevant to the project, and big data processing, making informed decisions on technology adoption

Process Optimization

— Define and improve project management processes to ensure consistent delivery quality and efficiency across all teams;
— Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

— Build and refine workflows, tools, and methodologies to improve project delivery processes;
— Develop scalable processes for both project tracking and communication to handle multiple high-complexity projects effectively.

Product Management

— Act as the key decision-maker and point of contact for all product-related decisions, ensuring stakeholder alignment and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle;
— Proactively identify potential risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track;
— Regularly review and adjust product plans based on client feedback, market insights, and team capacity to achieve the best possible outcomes

— Establish strong relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project expectations and progress;
— Proactively address needs, manage potential conflicts, and maintain a high level of trust and satisfaction;
— Present project updates, timelines, and deliverables with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications:

— 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role;

— Proven experience in leading and delivering complex projects with measurable success cases

— English level: Advanced.

— Experience in mentoring PMs;

— Strong skills in designing, implementing, and improving workflows and processes;

— Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Trello);
— Ability to independently manage and deliver complex projects

— Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
