ArboStar is a fast-growing SaaS platform helping tree care and landscaping companies streamline operations across North America. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Product Design Manager to lead and develop our design team while driving high-quality, user-centered product experiences across Web and Mobile platforms.

This role focuses on team leadership, design strategy, and process improvement, with the expectation that the Product Design Manager remains closely involved in execution to ensure design quality and consistency across the product.

You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and QA to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions and maintain a seamless end-to-end user experience.
 

What You’ll Do

• Manage and mentor design team members, support their professional growth, and help establish effective design processes and standards
• Own the overall UX strategy and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across Web and Mobile products.
• Translate business goals and product vision into clear, user-centered design direction.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and QA to ensure efficient delivery and strong product outcomes.
• Identify product experience gaps and proactively propose improvements based on user feedback, analytics, and business priorities.
• Stay hands-on in design execution to maintain quality and support the team when needed.
   

Your responsibilities include

• Designing end-to-end user flows, including edge cases such as errors, empty states, loading states, and permissions.
• Leading the full design lifecycle from discovery through handoff to development.
• Creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Facilitating discovery activities, including workshops, stakeholder alignment, and requirements clarification.
• Preparing detailed design specifications, states, components, and behavioral documentation for engineering.
• Supporting QA with clear UI acceptance criteria and reference prototypes.
• Maintaining and evolving the design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
   

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in digital product environments.
• Proven experience managing or leading design teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real product impact, including design thinking, user flows, decision-making, and measurable results.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems).
• Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to clearly justify design decisions.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (PM, Engineering, QA).
   

Nice to Have

• Experience working with B2B SaaS, CRM platforms, or complex admin panels (tables, filters, forms, dashboards).
• Experience working with UI kits.
• Strong awareness of the latest UI/UX and product design trends and best practices.

We are looking for a skilled Automation QA Engineer with strong experience in Appium and Playwright to join our team and help ensure the quality of our web and mobile applications.

• Experience in mobile app promotion via UAC and ASA, with a strong focus on CR, cost per install, and post-install event optimization.

We're looking for a Middle Full-Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus who can work confidently across the stack - React/TypeScript on the frontend, Node.js/Go on the backend. What you'll actually do

You won't specialize in just one corner. You'll build across the stack, with your center of gravity on the frontend.

• Ship features end-to-end - From database to UI. You'll work across React/TypeScript and Node.js (with some legacy Go), owning features from start to finish.
• Make product decisions - See a confusing UX? Fix it. Have a better idea for an API design? Propose it and build it. We trust engineers to make smart calls on small-to-medium product decisions.
• Build with AI tools - We use AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor - team members pick what works for them). You should be comfortable (or excited) to work this way.
• Work directly with design - Implement pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces from Figma. Push back when something doesn't make sense.
• Own your code in production - We do continuous deployment. What you merge today is live today. You'll debug, monitor, and improve what you build.
