    The Role

    We’re hiring a Product & Marketing Designer (Mid/Senior) to cover the full stack: UX/UI for the website and dashboard, brand assets (certificates, banners), content graphics, email modules, and the design system.

    What you’ll do 

    Close collaboration with PM, Engineering, Growth, Content, Affiliate.

    • Web & landing pages: design conversion-focused pages and blocks (heroes, social proof, comparisons), exit popups, Discord nudges, and forms (all states).
    • Dashboard UI/UX: UI for new features; UX improvement of the current order and trading flow.
    • Design system: build and maintain tokens (colors, typography, spacing, elevation) and components (modals, banners, cards, tables) with variants/states; keep site and app consistent.
    • Content & blog graphics: article covers and 6-10 inline visuals per article (charts, comparison frames, UI illustrations) using reusable templates.
    • Social & ambassadors: weekly packs for X/Instagram (static, carousels, stories), thumbnails/frames.
    • Email marketing: modules for weekly digests and promo campaigns; retargeting banners.
    • Handoff & QA: developer-ready specs, exports; visual QA on staging.
    • Light research/experiments: review click-maps/session recordings, prepare alternatives for A/B tests with PM/Growth.

      • Customer servicing and complaint handling
      • Debt collection and recovery processes (early, late, and NPL stages)
      • Contact center operations (inbound and outbound)

     

    • Analyze collection and contact center workflows, identifying bottlenecks affecting contact rates, productivity, recovery, and quality

     

    • Work directly with operational systems, including:
      • CRM systems (customer profiles, cases, workflows, collection statuses)
      • Contact center platforms and dialers (predictive, preview, outbound campaigns, inbound queues)
      • Collection logic and strategies (segmentation, bucket strategy, call frequency, scripts)

    We are developing a mobile multiplayer online action game with an open world and a strong focus on social interaction.
     

    Responsibilities:
    - Manual testing of the application (functional, regression, exploratory), client-server interactions and integrations (ads, analytics, purchases);
    - Defect localization and reporting, log gathering, identifying the source of the issue (client/server/config);
    - Analysis of project documentation and active clarification of requirements;
    - Creation of test documentation;
    - Collaboration with the product development team.
     

    Requirements:
    - 2+ years of experience in manual mobile application testing;
    - Experience testing ads, IAP and subscriptions, analytics, A/B tests, and Remote Configs;
    - Experience with Charles Proxy or Proxyman (or similar software) and adb;
    - Practical experience testing on iOS and Android;
    - Practical experience with test documentation (checklists, bug reports);
    - Knowledge of software testing fundamentals, testing types, and test design techniques;
    - Understanding of client-server architecture, knowledge of HTTP methods, and understanding of JSON format;
    - Ability to work independently (without constant supervision) and solve assigned and emerging tasks;
    - Ability to work with incomplete documentation;
    - Ability to analyze dependencies between different parts of the project and find non-obvious interaction scenarios in the game;
    - Attention to detail and ability to learn;
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
     

    Will be a plus:
    - Experience testing game applications;
    - Experience with Xcode, git;
    - Experience with Firebase;
    - Experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Console;
    - Basic knowledge of SQL (simple SELECT and UPDATE queries);
    - English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher.
