What you will do:

• Produce engaging 2D animated ad creatives based on briefs from the creative team, designed to differentiate the product from competitors;
• Collaborate closely with creative marketers, actively contributing to idea generation, discussions, and brainstorming sessions;
• Enhance creatives using animation, visual and sound effects, subtitles, and a variety of AI tools to maximize emotional impact;
• Continuously iterate on video creatives using performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and hook rate to improve results;
• Research, test, and implement new tools and automation solutions to optimize production workflows and elevate creative quality.

What do you need to join us:

• 1–2 years of commercial experience creating 2D animated videos or handling video editing tasks;
• Strong hands-on proficiency in After Effects for motion design and animation work;
• Basic working knowledge of Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro;
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily work, such as ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Sora, NanoBanana, Freepik, or similar solutions;
• Solid understanding of animation and editing principles with the ability to combine visuals, motion, and sound into a competitive video product;
• English proficiency at B1+ level, sufficient for research and working with content;
• Strong time management skills with the ability to plan workload effectively and consistently meet deadlines;
• Readiness to take ownership, responsibility, and make a tangible impact on the product;

Requirements:

— 2–5 years of experience in Customer Support / Technical Support / Customer Success in crypto related IT product or SaaS company
— Experience working with B2B customers and handling complex technical or product-related issues
— Strong understanding of software products, platforms, APIs, and integrations
— Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira Service Management, or similar)
— Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze logs or data, and clearly document bugs and incidents
— Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
— Understanding of SLAs, support KPIs, and service-quality metrics
— Upper-intermediate written and verbal English communication skills (B2+ level)
— Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
— Strong customer-oriented mindset and conflict-resolution skills
— High level of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail
— Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
— Stress-resistant and comfortable handling escalations
— Experience creating and maintaining support documentation and knowledge bases

Responsibilities:

— Assisting B2B clients with product inquiries and technical issues
— Assisting end users with troubles & payment issues
— Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems promptly.
— Creating and maintaining support documentation.
— Escalating complex issues to internal teams for resolution.
— Gathering and relaying client feedback for product improvement.
— Monitoring and managing support tickets within agreed SLAs.
— Staying updated on product.
— Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Would be a plus:

— Experience with compliance-driven environments (KYC/AML)
