Requirements:

Customer-first mindset;

Analytical and strategic thinking skills;

Data-driven approach;

Knowledge of different CRM systems and experience in setting up the trial, and onboarding processes using them (Customer.io, Optimove, Xtreme push);

Engagement;

Prior experience in retention roles (1+ years);

Experience and knowledge working with main KPIs such as Churn Rate, Retention Rate, GGR, NGR;

Knowledge of analytical tools, including Google Analytics. Ability to analyze, interpret, draw conclusions and implement solutions to a variety of complex issues;

Excellent written communication and copywriting skills in English;

Work experience with chatbots and AI would be highly appreciated;

Responsibility for running end-to-end projects as required.
