We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Team Lead to join an innovative AI-powered video entertainment company developing next-generation mobile streaming experiences and short-form video content.
This is an opportunity to lead a small team, take ownership of day-to-day marketing operations, and build scalable processes that improve campaign execution and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and develop a team of 2–3 Marketing Operations Specialists based in Ukraine.
- Oversee campaign execution across Meta, Google, AppLovin, and TikTok, including media uploads, campaign launches, and quality assurance.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify anomalies, resolve operational issues, and escalate incidents promptly.
- Build and optimize workflows, processes, and checklists to ensure accurate and efficient execution.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks and implement automation solutions using tools such as n8n and Claude Code.
- Collaborate closely with User Acquisition, Creative, and Product teams to ensure smooth campaign launches.
- Provide regular updates to management and maintain clear communication with international stakeholders.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, AppLovin, and TikTok.
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team or owning an operations function.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and people-management skills.
- A process-oriented mindset with the ability to establish clear workflows and maintain high operational standards.
- Experience with automation tools; knowledge of n8n and Claude Code is a strong advantage.
- Ability to analyze performance reports, identify irregularities, and act proactively.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- High ownership, reliability, accountability, and availability during working hours.
