Job description

We are currently growing our design team with UX/UI Designer, mainly focused on SaaS products, willing to shape the products of tomorrow, as well as to keep growing their skills and expertise.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will blend with Voit Digital’s strong design culture. As part of our remote team, you will join 15+ talented UX Researchers, Strategists, and UI Designers who are all passionate about solving sticky problems for our clients.

Preferred experience

You are an open- and tech-minded, focused, determined, good listener, and you aren’t afraid to make mistakes. You have an understanding of a standard agency workflow. Preferably, you have at least 3+ years of experience as a U/UX designer and have worked in an agency, tech company, or freelancer. The role is less about branding or creating visually appealing static images, and more about bringing design clarity to complex business requirements.
 

* Strong portfolio in SaaS products: preferably B2B, admin dashboards, or enterprise systems

* Experience designing complex, multi-role systems: e.g., admin vs. end-user vs. manager workflows

* Data-heavy UI design: tables, filters, analytics dashboards, reporting interfaces, form builders

* Design system creation & maintenance: consistency across large platforms, tokens, components, responsive layout etc

* Accountable: You have a strong sense of commitment, accountability, and ownership. You are independent and will solve problems by taking matters into your hands if needed. You are a doer.

* Communication: You can easily communicate with your team members and clients and are confident about getting people buying in around your proposed solutions. You will be part of client meetings to communicate research findings and design concepts.

* Languages: The main language is Ukrainian, in additional you are very fine at least in B2 communication English to engage with all international team members and clients.

* Bonus: graphic design skills will be a bonus, but it’s not required. Understanding Business Analysis is also a good fit as well.

Because our product footprint is diverse—spanning Web and Desktop (macOS & Windows)—we utilize a hybrid testing strategy. You will be responsible for building out robust automation using Cypress (JS/TS) while leveraging RainforestQA for comprehensive coverage. If you are a detail-oriented tester who loves tackling the unique challenges of cross-platform security software, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Automation Development: Build and maintain scalable end-to-end test suites using Cypress with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hybrid Testing: Manage and execute testing workflows within RainforestQA, ensuring manual and automated scripts are optimized and up to date.
• Multi-Platform Focus: Perform thorough testing across our entire ecosystem: Web and Desktop applications (macOS & Windows).
• Test Strategy: Create and execute detailed test plans and cases that evaluate security, privacy features, and overall usability.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, software testing, or a related role.
• Cypress Expertise: Proven experience writing and maintaining automated tests with Cypress and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with RainforestQA (or a strong desire to master it) and other modern QA testing frameworks.
• Platform Experience: Experience testing Desktop applications (macOS and Windows) as well as Web and Mobile SaaS products.
• QA Fundamentals: Strong understanding of testing methodologies, best practices, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
