- Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams up to 30 engineers (backend, frontend, infrastructure, mobile)

Requirements

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

- 3+ years in an Engineering Manager role

- Background in financial systems, trading platforms, or other high-reliability domains

- Strong understanding of backend systems, ideally with hands-on experience in Ruby

- Experience operating systems on AWS (EC2, networking, security, monitoring)

- Experience working with on-premise infrastructure and hybrid environments.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment strategies

- Familiarity with observability tools (metrics, logging, alerting) and performance monitoring

In this role, you will work with Tableau, BigQuery, and marketing performance data to design and maintain dashboards that support decision-making across product, marketing, and growth teams. Responsibilities:
- Design, train, and deploy computer vision systems from initial dataset preparation to production-ready models.
- Solve complex problems in object detection, segmentation, and pose estimation using custom-built solutions.
- Develop and optimize pipelines for 3D reconstruction, depth estimation, and point cloud processing.
- Evaluate and debug model performance, ensuring high accuracy and technical depth in every solution.
- Manage dataset annotation, curation, and model evaluation metrics to ensure robust performance.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with object detection, segmentation, tracking, and camera calibration. You should have a deep understanding of image geometry.
