REQUIREMENTS

• Background in deploying out-of-the-box CRM/ERP or enterprise-grade products in client environments
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst position
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
• Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of software development methodology basics
• Ability to produce clear and structured documentation.
• Experience in documenting business requirements.
• Ability and desire to work in a team
• Time management and prioritization skills

Nice-to-have skills

• Intermediate level of English for occasional communication with clients’ teams and running workshops
• Experience in similar positions in FMCG companies or on the contractor’s side (integrators, consulting companies)
• Knowledge of SFA (Sales Force Automation), DMS (Distribution Management System), BI (Business Intelligence), and TPM (Trade Promo Management) software solutions
• Understanding the structure of retail distribution and marketing activities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Studying, analyzing, and describing business processes in the relevant area within the framework of ongoing projects
• Creating reports and technical specifications for the development of additional functionality for the software product
• Interacting with the customer, clarifying requirements and project specifics
• Collaborating with the software development team
• Conducting presentations and demonstrations of the product’s functionality for customers

Responsibilities

• Design and development of website banners (hero sections, promos, special offers);
• Creation of graphics for social media platforms;
• Adaptation of banners to multiple formats and sizes;
• Preparation of advertising creatives for marketing campaigns;
• Work within existing brand guidelines and visual identity;
• Delivery of tasks according to detailed briefs (strict adherence to technical requirements).

Requirements

• Proven experience in the iGaming industry;
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma;
• Experience creating marketing banners and promotional materials;
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and accent placement;
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently;
• Balance of speed and quality in task execution;
• Responsibility for final results and attention to detail;
• Ability to handle feedback calmly and implement revisions;
• Capability to justify and propose design solutions when needed;
